Description
To produce 1 liter of “A2 Desi Cow Ghee,” around 25 to 30 liters of fresh milk are simmered in an earthen pot over a gentle cow dung fire. This slow cooking method ensures the preservation of all the vital nutrients present in the milk. Afterward, the milk is converted into curd using the traditional Indian method and then churned in the traditional way, using a right-to-left motion. Within 48 minutes, pure butter is extracted, which is then further cooked in an earthen pot to create the final A2 Desi Cow Ghee. Highlights: - Made from the pure and high-quality A2 milk of Indian native desi, free-grazing cows, specifically Sahiwal cows. - Made using the traditional Bilona method of churning curd to make Makhan (butter), resulting in pure, natural, and unadulterated ghee. - Contains no added preservatives, non-GMO, and no artificial hormones, making it a healthier choice compared to commercial ghee. - Provides numerous health benefits such as promoting digestion, supporting healthy weight loss, and reducing the risk of chronic diseases. - Helps in promoting healthy skin and hair due to its moisturizing and nourishing properties.
