Description
Clean the area to be bleached with cold water and pat dry. Apply whole quantity of pre bleach cream to the face and gently massage till its absorption. Now mix cream and powder in a ratio of 10:1 & apply the cream on the face with the help of a plastic spatula. Avoid eye area and cover the facial hairs completely.
